Measure around the narrowest part of your torso. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and relaxed.
Rise
Measure from the crotch seam to the top of the waistband to compare where each fit will sit.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch seam down to the desired hem to understand the break at your shoe.
If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort. If you want a neater drape, size down only when the fit is designed to be relaxed.
